What a Cuban link chain is
A Cuban link is a curb chain with thick, rounded links that twist and interlock so tightly they lie flat. The links are usually polished on top, which gives the chain its weight and shine. A Miami Cuban is the heavier, tighter version, with links close enough that the chain looks almost solid.
It is the most worn men's chain in the world, and increasingly worn by women too, on its own or with a pendant.

Length: 18 inches sits at the base of the neck, 20 inches on the collarbone, 22 to 24 inches lower on the chest. Most men choose 20 or 22. Bracelets are usually 7.5 to 8.5 inches. We make chains from 5 mm wide upwards, in any length you want.

Plain, or set with stones
Polished. The classic Cuban: solid silver, polished links, nothing else. It suits every day and ages best.
Set with moissanite or lab-grown diamonds. Stones set into the links, often called iced out. Moissanite gives the most sparkle for the price; lab-grown diamond is the same material as a mined diamond. We set every stone in house, and Argentium can be heat hardened so settings hold under daily wear.

Why Argentium silver for a Cuban chain
A Cuban chain is worn every day, through sweat, showers and sleep. Many sold online are brass or steel with a silver or gold coating, which wears off at the links where they rub, and then the chain changes colour.
Solid silver all the way through. Argentium 960 is 96 per cent silver, more than sterling, so there is nothing underneath to show through.
Stays bright. Germanium in the alloy resists the tarnish that turns sterling dark, so the chain needs a wipe rather than regular polishing.
Holds its shape. It can be hardened after it is made, which helps a heavy chain keep its links tight.
